Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://notarypublicservicesbrooklyn.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting markets and arranges Will Notarization, Power Of Attorney Notary, Apostille Service, Fingerprinting Service, Parental Consent Notary. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Brooklyn Express Notary & Fingerprinting from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
